Delivery & Pick Up Information

 

Quick and Easy Store Pick-Up

 

	Place your pickup order online. Choose the "Pick Up" option when shopping online and fill out the details of the pickup person (this can be you or someone else).
	Wait for your "Ready to Pick Up" email. We'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup, so you know when to head to the store.
	Pick up your order. You or your pickup person (selected during checkout) can pick up your order at the store. Please bring your order notification email and 2 pieces of ID.

 

 

Convenient Delivery

We currently only deliver for orders exceeding $150.00 and charge a 1 time delivery fee of $5.00 for Vancouver, and $8.00 for Richmond, Burnaby, North Vancouver. If outside of these areas, please contact us for delivery and shipping rates. 

Here are a few tips to enhance your online shopping experience:

• For Same-Day Pick-Up: Order 2 hours before closing (see hours, and subject to availability)
• For Same-Day Delivery: Order by 3:00pm (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, subject to availability)

 

Shipping & Cold Shipping

We ship Canada wide. For frozen products, frozen kosher meat and chicken, we have a strict policy that you must be within 72hours shipping radius
***Most couriers offer this Canada wide, however depending on order size and location, rates will vary.***

Please contact us if you would like us to ship you frozen Kosher Beef, Kosher Lamb, or Kosher Chicken, or any other kosher meat or frozen product outside of a 35km radius from our store.
